We grow our strawberries under plastic hoops to minimize weather risks and also the soil is covered by plastic, so our strawberries never touches the soil.

These Berries are strawberries that were sorted-out by hand in order to have a final product matching a specific grade (normally grade A). These are berries irregular in size (no graded by size, all sizes blended), grade A or B in character, ungraded for color but with a high percentage red, some berries with defects, etc.

Origin: Grown and Processed in Mexico.

Type/ Pack: These Berries are strawberries that were sorted-out by hand in order to have a final product matching a specific grade (normally grade A). These are berries irregular in size (no graded by size, all sizes blended), soft and mushy berries (grade B or C in character) , ungraded for color but with a high percentage red, etc. We add 27 parts of strawberries and 1 part of sugar.
