Packing: Carton Case with Blue Poly Liner. NT WT 10, 20 or 30 lbs. Available also en 2.5 Kgs Clear Poly-bags (4 Bags per Case Nt Wt 10 Kgs or 22 LBS )
Retail: we can pack clear or printed poly-bags with your or our label (10 oz, 12 oz, 14 oz, 16 oz)
IQF RASPBERRIES WHOLE, BROKEN AND PIECES
All our frozen raspberries have been processed and packed in accordance with GMPs and meeting USDA and FDA specifications. This product is Available for: Retail and Food-service.
Origin: Grown and Processed by OUR Company (no 3rd parties involved) in Mexico.
Type/ Pack: IQF Wholes Raspberries + Clusters+ Pieces. This product is a field-run when we have sorted-out the most of the wholes Raspberries. Broken pieces are left. We frozen IQF this product. The clusters are formed by fragments and whole raspberries. The pieces are fragments of raspberries. This product is Grade A in color, Grade A in character and Grade A in defects. It has been washed, disinfected and clean. When this product is cooked in a Kettle or thawed, all the clusters are cut out in individual pieces.
Packing: Carton Case with Blue Poly Liner. NT WT 10, 20 or 30 lbs.
Retail: we can pack clear polybags or your label.
Use: It is used in Jellies, Jams, Smoothies, Desserts, Salads, Sorbets, Ice Creams, Fruit Bars, Fruit Fillings, Juices. It is better option in price that IQF Wholes and more handable that Block Frozen Packs
IQF RASPBERRY CRUMBLES
All our frozen raspberries have been processed and packed in accordance with GMPs and meeting USDA and FDA specifications. This product is Available for: Retail and Food-service.
Origin: Grown and Processed by OUR Company (no 3rd parties involved) in Mexico.
Type/ Pack: IQF Crumbles of Raspberry . This product is screened from the IQF Whole Raspberries process. We screen the whole raspberries and all the break or fall apart raspberries that break into small fragments are packed as Crumbles. This product is Grade A in color, Grade A in character and Grade A in defects. It has been washed, disinfected and cleaned.
Packing: Carton Case with Blue Poly Liner. NT WT 10, 20 or 30 lbs.
Retail: we can pack clear polybags or your label.
Use: This product is an ideal option in price to the IQF Wholes only Fruit. It can be use in desserts, salads, fruit filling, sorbets, ice creams, mousses, jams, smoothies, etc.
BLOCK FROZEN (BF)
BF WHOLE RASPBERRIES
All our frozen raspberries have been processed and packed in accordance with GMPs and meeting USDA and FDA specifications.

Origin: Grown and Processed in Mexico.
Type/ Pack: Whole Block Frozen Raspberries
Packing: Plastic Pails (30 LBS), Carton Cases (40 LBS) or Metal Drums (400 LBS).
Also available as Seedless or Puree With Seeds.
RASPBERRIES PUREE
All our frozen raspberries have been processed and packed in accordance with GMPs and meeting USDA and FDA specifications.

Type/ Pack: Block Frozen Raspberries Puree To produce this puree all the raspberries are sorted washed and processed in the screener to be packed as puree with or without seeds.
Packing: Plastic Pails (30#) or Metal Drums (400#).
Also available as Seedless or Puree With Seeds.
WHOLE RASPBERRIES SORT-OUTS
All our frozen raspberries have been processed and packed in accordance with GMPs and meeting USDA and FDA specifications.

Origin: Grown and Processed in Mexico.
Type/ Pack: Whole Block Frozen Raspberries The Sort Outs are raspberries that do no meet Grade A Quality for caracter mainly. They are Grade A in Color and Grade A in Defects. These berries are sorted out when we are grading A our IQF Whole raspbrries.
Packing: Plastic Pails (30#) or Metal Drums (400#).
Also available as Seedless or Puree With Seeds.
